Read below my response to a careless Christian who came on social media to lampoon the church for high fees of Christian Universities...and General Overseers eating all the tithes and offerings.
We need talk. The age long attitude of 'siddon look' and don't mind them is counter productive. The world needs information and education or else they believe all the lies of the enemy about the Church.
Such people are ignorant and only argue blindly. Once in a while we need to respond, or else they keep spreading falsehood that even many gullible Christians are beginning to believe.
*YOU'RE WRONG MY BROTHER*
You must have had a rather painful experience. Unfortunately my experience is different from yours. I also have some information you probably don't have.
1. The same Church you reffered to built a seven km tarred road from Simawa to Lotto and maintains same. When the GO was approached to allow a toll point on the road, he refused and insisted the road must be free for all.
2. When I fell sick some years ago, I got world class treatment in the church hospital and paid a pittance. The hospital is open to all including people of other faiths.
3. The Church has hundreds of less privileged children on
free scholarship from Nursery to University.
4. Two children of every full time Pastor is on scholarship till University.
5. The Church has one of the biggest farms in Nigeria located in Osun State providing employment for hundreds of young people.
6. The church has a micro finance bank providing soft loans for members.
7. The church has a CSR Dept with an AGO in charge. In the last five years, tens of Billons had gone into CSR.
8. The Mowe-Ibafo and Simawa axis have grown into massive commercial hubs due to the impacts of the church.
9. During the lockdown, I am aware of the massive distribution of food to people by the church. In one of the days, 11,000 crates of eggs were shared to people.
10. The Church pays salaries to over 50,000 non Pastoral workers in different departments.
11. The Church has built a gas turbine and generates electrification for over 30,000 official residents of Redemption Camp. Light is provided 24/7. I am one of the many beneficiaries.
12. Water is free for all the over 30,000/residents of the camp. I have been using water there for more than 7 years. I have not paid a dime.
13. The General Overseer does not collect salary and have no access to tithes and offerings. It is managed by a Board that includes the likes of highly respected Elder Felix Ohiwerei.
14. The jet you refer to was not bought with church money. It was bought by a group of individuals who feel the GO has blessed them spiritually.
15. The G.O lives in a very big mansion that was neither built with his money nor church funds. Private individuals built the house for him 100%. When he was reluctant to move in, they had to beg him to do so.
16. The church has dept called Wholistic Ministry that caters for drug addicts and prostitutes. I know of one of products of that department amongst several others. She holds an Msc. and is happily married.
17. The universities owned by the church and other churches have created employment for thousands of Nigerians. The School Fees you rate high is cheap compared to the daily overhead and running costs of such schools. Despite the huge fees, they are still struggling to survive. Do you know what it costs to employ one Professor? Buy him a car and give him accommodation. It is not cheap. My son, attended Covenant University. I did not complain of the fees when I saw the facilities and quality.
My brother, your allegations are spurious and lack basis. I have given you
17 facts only to prove you wrong.
If you must disagree, please provide facts. If not, this discussion ends here.
Cheers !!!!

PRESS RELEASE
THE STRIFE IS OVER THE BATTLE IS WON: RT HON. KEHINDE AYOOLA
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1Cor.15:55-57
With heavy hearts but total submission to the will of God, the leadership of Advocate For Right Leadership a.k. a Believers in Politics (BIP) Oyo State Chapter sympathizes with Mrs. Olukemi Ayoola, the Ayoola Family, The Oyo State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, the people of Oyo State and all BIP members for the sudden loss of our brother Rt. Hon. Kehinde Ayoola. He was Former speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and the Oyo State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resource until his death at the age of 55.
The news of his death was confirmed on Thursday, 14th May 2020 after a brief illness.
Rt. Hon. Kehinde Ayoola was a founding member of BIP who believed in the vision. He was a strong believer in the course of BIP. He was a man that believed in good leadership. He believed in Proverb 29:2 that says When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.
He was appointed as Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources by Governor Seyi Makinde in 2019.
Under his watch as the Environment Commissioner, the Oyo State Government inaugurated four environmental tribunals for the enforcement of the state environmental laws and some other laudable achievements. He affected so many lives directly and indirectly in Oyo Town and Oyo state at large.
The death of The Rt. Hon. Kehinde Ayoola is a major blow as the vacuum created will be difficult to fill. We shall miss him in the Believers in Politics fold especially his robust contributions to discourses and the expansion of the vision of BIP.
Our consolation is in Revelation 14:13. (Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." "Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labour, for their deeds will follow them.β) The Rt. Hon Kehinde Ayoola was a child of God and believer in The Lord Jesus. We are thus assured that he is only sleeping and will rise at the resurrection of the Saints.
Sleep on Our Brother, we shall meet on the last day where we will part no more, and everlasting joy will be our portion.
Our prayer is that the Lord will console Mrs. Olukemi Ayoola and the children and may He grant you the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Once again on behalf of all the executive members and entire BIP in Oyo state, accept our condolences.

We are nigerians. Buhari or Atiku can't divide us.
We are one family. PDP or APC can't divide us.
We are friends. Tribes or religion can't divide us.

Let's display maturity. You will still be my brother, family, friend even if you don't vote for my candidate. Your vote is your personal opinion. In friendship that should be respected. *INEC releases seven steps to voting*
Step 1:
Upon arrival at the polling unit, joins the queue and present yourself to the INEC official (APO111) at the polling unit who will determine whether you are at the correct polling unit and check if the photograph on the Permanent Voter Card (PVC) matches your face. If satisfied, he/she will direct you to the next INEC official (APO1).
Step 2:
The official (APO1) will request for your PVC to confirm that your card is genuine and your details, using the smart card reader. He/she will ask you to place your finger on the card reader to confirm that the PVC belongs to you by ascertaining, the card reader will contains the name, photograph and finger prints of all those registered in their polling unit.
Step 3:
You will then meet the next official (APO11) who will request for your PVC to confirm that your name and details are in the voters register. Your name will be ticked and your PVC returned to you. He/ she will then apply indelible ink to the cuticle of your appropriate finger for that election to show you have been accredited to vote. (If your name is not found on the register, you will not be allowed to vote).
Step 4:
The presiding officer (PO) stamps, signs and endorses the date at the back of the Ballot Paper. The PO will roll the ballot paper inwardly with the printed side inwards and give to you. He /she will then direct you to the voting cubicle where you vote in secret.
Step 5:
You will stain your appropriate finger for the election with the ink provided then use your stained finger to mark the space or box provided on the ballot paper for your preferred candidate/party. Roll the marked ballot paper (in the manner the PO gave to you).
Step 6:
Then leave the voting cubicle and drop the ballot paper in the ballot box in full view of people at the polling unit.
Step 7:
You will then leave the polling unit or wait if you so choose in an orderly and peaceful manner to work the process up to declaration of result.
N.B. The result of each polling unit shall be pasted at the unit and for everyone to see.
