REMEMBERING A LIFE OF VISION, FAITH & IMPACT

Today, we remember and celebrate the life of our beloved Proprietress, Pst. Afolabi Ekundayo Grace, who would have been 69 years old today.

Her vision, faith and dedication together with her husband Pst Afolabi Olarenwaju gave birth to Grace Kiddies Porch Nursery & Primary School, a legacy that continues to nurture and inspire generations.

Though she is no longer with us, her impact remains evident in the lives she touched and the vision she started.

Happy Posthumous 69th Birthday, Pst. Afolabi Ekundayo Grace.

Creativity has no limits and this project proves it.

We were given one simple challenge: create something beautiful using paper mâché.

So, we thought... why not go beyond the usual?

Instead of the common paper mâché crafts, we transformed handmade paper beads into a stunning beaded bag, complete with matching earrings, necklaces, and bangles. A project that started with old newspapers became something truly beautiful.

We've seen many paper mâché projects, but a paper mâché beaded bag? That's one for the books!

This project is a testament to what happens when creativity is encouraged and children are given the freedom to imagine, explore, and create.

Sometimes, all it takes is an ordinary idea and a little creativity to produce something extraordinary.

During our Valedictory Ceremony, our keynote speaker shared a touching story about a letter our late proprietress handed to her in 2012. The words of wisdom and encouragement in that letter have stayed with her and guided her journey through the years.

More than a decade later, she passed that same wisdom on to The Indispensable Set as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives.

A beautiful reminder that the words we speak to children today can shape their confidence, their choices, and the future they go on to build.

The late proprietress may be gone, but her words and legacy continue to live on.
