WARWARD CHILDREN IN A PEACEFUL HOME

I do sob and experiences a downcast whenever I sight a peaceful home and burden of wayward children. How come a calm father and a religious mother arrived at these kinds of derailed children.
Where did they get it wrong?

Some questions linger in my heart someday, but I don't want to go spiritual, not because I'm an atheist but sometimes some things are not to be treated spiritually. I believe in God and I'm born of the spirit. But why/how does believers raise wayward children?

What does it mean to be wayward?

To be 'wayward' means to be difficult to control, disobedient, or unpredictable in behavior. A wayward person often ignores rules, guidance, or expectations, and chooses their own path—even when it's harmful or wrong.

For example:
- A wayward child may refuse to follow instructions or behave responsibly.
- A wayward decision might go against common sense or good advice.

It's usually used to describe someone who strays from what is right or expected.

Why children may become wayward

1. LCK OF PARENTALGUIDANCE: When parents are absent, overly permissive, or inconsistent, children may lack direction and discipline.

2. BAD PEER INFLUENCE:Associating with the wrong group of friends can lead to negative behaviors.

3. EXPOSURETONEGATIVEMEDIA: Constant exposure to violent or immoral content online or on TV can shape poor behavior.

4. EMOTIONAL NEGLECT OR ABUSE: Children who feel unloved, unwanted, or abused may rebel or act out.

5. LCK OF MORAL OR SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION: Without being taught values and ethics, children may struggle to make good decisions.

6. LOW SELF-ESTEEM: Children who don’t feel good about themselves may seek attention or validation in harmful ways.

7. UNRESOLVEDTRAUMA: Past experiences like loss, divorce, or abuse can lead to emotional and behavioral issues.
8. DEMONIC ATTACK: devil do lay his hand on some children. Reason why you must be spiritually vigilant and pray with them. Do not put them behind while serving your God.

Addressing these early with love, communication, and guidance can help prevent waywardness.
