A productive day at IITA

The Provost, Dr. Ibraheem O. Lawal, alongside some of his management team, paid an official courtesy visit to IITA on Wednesday, 12th November.

The team toured the Forest Center, Agripreneur Centre, Cassava Unit, and the Ethnobotanical Garden.

The visit is aimed at deepening and strengthening Institutional partnerships and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

It was a pleasure for the Provost, Dr. Ibraheem O. Lawal, hosting Mr. J. Nwachi, Chairman of the Association of Agricultural Technologists of Nigeria (AATON) Federal College of Forestry, Ibadan Branch, who presented a Special Recognition Award to him.
The award was originally conferred at the 2025 Annual AATON Conference held in Edo State on October 29, 2025.
The Provost expressed his gratitude to the association for this recognition and pledged his continued support for its professional efforts.

The Management, Staff, and Students of the Federal College of Forestry, Ibadan congratulate Hon. Sunday Folajimi Oyekunle on his recent appointment as Federal Lawmaker representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Abuja.
