Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “There are two statements that are light for the tongue to remember, heavy in the Scales and dear to the Merciful: ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bi-hamdiH, Subhan-Allahi l-Azim’ (Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, and Allah, the Greatest is free from imperfection)."

When it comes to memorizing the Quran, it's important to establish a daily routine. Set aside a specific time each day dedicated to your Hifdh. Even if it's just 10-15 minutes, daily practice will help reinforce your memory and make it easier to retain what you’ve learned.

Tip: Break the verses into smaller parts, and repeat them multiple times. Listening to recitations can also enhance your memorization!

What acts of goodness will you practice today?

Don’t measure your Hifdh journey by what you think you can do—measure it by what Allah can make you do. If your heart feels capable of half a page, raise your hands and ask Allah for a full page. If you can manage a page, beg Him for two. The Qur’an is not memorized by human strength alone, but by the mercy of the One who placed it in our hearts. Every ayah you carry is a gift from Allah, not a result of your effort alone. Dream big in your dua, because the Planner of all plans is greater than our limits.
