The government of governor Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja decide in line with federal government Universal Basic Education (UBE) policy to increase the number of Junior secondary school in Oyo State to accommodate more student.This bring about the establishment of the junior high school iii into existence on September 25th 2005 which has now being renamed to CGS Eyinni,
MRS M.R. Olatoye happen to be the first principal of the school with MRS Alubankudi and MRS Adepoju as VP.
The school produce the first SSCE graduating students in 2015 .Mr Idowu Elijah as the head Boy along side with Kasali Motunrayo the Head Girl with other subordinate prefect.presently now Mrs Alubankudi stand as the school principal
