AVOID SUDDEN DEATH AT NIGHT, DOCTOR GIVES ADVICE.

For those who get up at night to inspect the house or urinate. Every person must take note of three and a half minutes. It often happens.

A person who always looks healthy has passed away at night. We often hear stories of people saying: " yesterday, I was talking with him, why did he die suddenly?

The reason is that when you get up at night to go to the toilet, it often happens quickly.

We jump from bed immediately and the brain does not have blood circulation.

Why are the "three and a half minutes" so important?

In the middle of the night, when the desire to urinate wakes you up, the ecg pattern can change. By suddenly waken up, the brain will be anemic and this causes heart failure for lacking of blood.

It is advisable to practice the three minutes and a half, which are:

1. When you wake up, stay in bed for a minute and a half.

2. Sit on the bed during the next half-minute;

3. Lower your legs and sit on the edge of the bed for half a minute.

After three and a half minutes, your brain will no longer be anemic and your heart will not be weaken, which will reduce the risk of falling and sudden death.

Share it with your family, friends and loved ones. This can happen no matter your age.

Declaration of Rivers as Christian State-
To God Be the Glory!---by Umar Ibrahim Tafida

One of the most exciting news recently was a declaration by Gov. Wike of Rivers State in the presence of senior clergy men, that his state is a Christian state "With no apology". Masha Allah.

Am happy that many men of God have shower praises to the governor for this ‘giant step’, including Pastor E. Adeboye.
I as a Muslim, wish to comment gov. Wike for this excellent pronunciation. Because as a Muslim, I will be more happy with a Christian state than a secular state.

However, after so much commendation and praises, those men of God should enlighten the governor and the entire state and the nation on how to run a Christian state according to the teaching of The Holy Bible.

A Christian state must be ruled according to the teachings of Holy Scriptures, this can be easily verified in the books of Romans 13:1-4, 1Peter 2:3, etc.

Below are some strict Biblical rules that The Clerics should guide Gov. Wike to impose in his Christian Rivers State:

1. All beer parlors and drinking joints should be abolished immediately, and drinking should be prohibited with immediate effect, in Rivers Christian State: Leviticus 10:9, Number 6:3-4

2. A lady should not go to church without Hijab (veil), otherwise her head should be shaved off: Corinthians 11:5-6

3. Human traffickers should be put to death: Exodus 21:16

4. All Babalawos within Rivers state should be put to death: Exodus 22:18

5. Anyone committing adultery should be put to death: Leviticus 20:10

6. Anyone caught insulting his parent should be put to death: Exodus 21:17

7. Mini Skirts, are prohibited for women, and they must cover their bodies: Deuteronomy 22:5, I Timothy 2:9

8. Anyone who forces himself to have a s*x with a girl (not his wife) should simply put to death: Deuteronomy 22:25

9. Everyone must take off his/her shoes before entering Church: Exodus 3:5, Acts 7:33
10. Performing Ablution before entering church: Exodus 40:31-32

These 10 points are enough for a start of a good moral Christian state.

So I urge those ‘men of God’ to assemble themselves again in Rivers state, this time not shower only praises on the governor, but to educate the state on the strict rules of the bible.

What I expect of them is to admonish Wike not to destroy Muslims places of worship, but help them build it as in the teaching of the Bible. All the acts of worship of Muslims are found right inside the bible, Zakat, Fasting, 5 daily prayers, Hajj, and Hijab.

There is no need to be apologetic in following the commandment of your creator

A man was crying😭 and someone asked him why he was crying. And he said I have only one son, I have done all my possible best to educate him so that he will be a great person and by Allah's grace he has been able to acquire all certificates including:

🌺 J.S.C.E.
🌺 S.S.C.E.
🌺 Bachelor's Degree.
🌺 MSc.
🌺 Phd.

BUT!
Unfortunately, he fell sick and doctors said they can't do anything about his condition and the only option is to die in the next 30 minutes and my son told me to bring all his certificates and I brought them. All he could say was; father, these are my degrees but you never told me to study my Qur'an. I don't know what I'm going to tell Allah!

Most of us will not share this message because it is not an interesting joke. But if you are willing enough to share this message, please do so and Allah will never forget what you have done.

PLEASE LET US TAKE NOTE OF THESE:
🌹Study the Qur'an like the way you study your notes when it is exams time

🌹Fear Allah like the way you fear death or people in higher authority
🌹Remember Allah like you remember your name
🌹Pray like it is the only thing to do to go to heaven
🌹Fast on regular basis
🌹Have time for Allah
🌹Be the doer of the Word

HUSBAND SCARCITY!!!

By Maryam Habu Shinga:

"This may not be the best time for me to write on this because of misinterpretations, but I can no longer resist the push.

"Husband Scarcity" has become one of the challenges faced by many young girls today.
If you go to prayer houses, majority of the intentions are prayer for a life partner. And this calls for concern.

Casting our minds back to the time of our mothers and grandmothers, was there really much of a "Husband Scarcity" problem?

Or, maybe there were more men than women then, or there was an adequate corresponding numbers of both genders. I don't think so. Maybe then, the women had values and were prepared to build a home and not park into a built home.

Then, once a young man comes of age and can at least feed himself and his wife, he goes out in search of a wife and the woman really appreciates him and helps him to build a future. What am I really trying to say?

We created what we now see as "Husband Scarcity" for ourselves. Today, the reverse is the case. Ask an average girl to define her dream husband; you get things like "he has to be tall, handsome, fair, and rich, own a house at least, and be presentable" and then she adds "God fearing" in order not to sound so worldly.

Then, check the number of girls around you and the number of men that meet that standard, and you will see the problem. You hear girls say, "I cannot suffer in my father's house and then go and start suffering with a man."

What a wonderful dream! What if from the beginning, you have everything you want and there is no suffering, and later in the marriage, the table turns around, then comes suffering? Will you run away? No one prays for suffering, but it is good to start small and end big, than start big and end small.

The problem is that the description majority of girls give of their ideal man is virtually the same. When 50 girls want the same kind of man and the man that fits what they want is just 1 man, and the man can only pick one. Then, what becomes of 49 others?

They simply start lamenting of "Husband Scarcity". Another irony of our time is that it is hard, due to the face of our economy to find a man who is of marriage age who possesses all those things these ladies want, legally (except those involved in Internet fraud); even the number of those in Internet fraud is not enough to match all those searching for already made husbands.

If you look around, majority of the ladies of substance, of good value and virtue, who are ready to build a home with a man who has prospects, are married and not complaining of husband scarcity. The easiest way to find a husband now, is to change your view of who a husband is.

A husband is that man God made and then saw that it may be hard for him to really actualize his purpose for making him, without a help mate and then made the woman and gave to him, and he felt complete and fulfilled MARRIAGE IS NOT A POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAM. It is a mission of building the family of God here on earth.

For those who see marriage as a way out of poverty, it is a way into bo***ge. Women are HOME BUILDERS, not HOME WARMERS... DON'T CONFUSE A MAN'S PATH WITH HIS DESTINY. Where he is today, may only be a route to where God has destined him to be tomorrow.

Another truth is that YOU MAY BE THE ONLY FAST MEANS TO THAT HIS DESTINATION. Join in alleviating "husband scarcity".

PICK UP THE RIGHT VALUES. I am not saying that you should pick anyone that comes your way and talks of marriage, not all men are husband materials. What I am saying is that you should stop setting your standard on material acquisitions or physical appearances. Look beyond the physical.

WHAT MAKES A MAN WHO HE IS, IS NOT WHAT HE OWNS OR HOW HE LOOKS, IT IS WHAT HE IS MADE UP OF.

And that which he is made of is, most times, not seen with the physical eyes, only its effects can be seen. Marriage is a permanent thing. Whatever is seen is temporal and that which is not seen is permanent."
