Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admissions into the fifteen (15) National Universities Commission-validated Degree Programmes of the Distance Learning Centre, University of Ibadan for the 2018/19 Academic Session.
About UI Distance Learning Centre.
The programmes are run under the University’s Open and Distance Learning (ODL) Platform.
The University of Ibadan Distance Learning Centre (UIDLC) is an arm of the University responsible for providing Open and Distance Learning University Education. This mode of education is technology-mediated and provides for minimum physical interaction between the learners and the facilitators. DLC learners are spread across different locations within and outside the country because of the convenience of access which is made available by this mode.
It is noteworthy to further inform prospective candidates that the academic activities of UIDLC are facilitated by the same lecturers as the regular mode of study. The issuance of the same certificates as obtainable in the conventional university system is also assured. This is technically referred to as PARITY OF ESTEEM- both categories have equal rights and privileges.
At the moment, the Centre has fifteen (15) academic programmes which are fully accredited by the National University Commission (NUC).

Adejinmi Saheed Ayoade is a native of Ibadan. He passed through Ebenezer Anglican Primary School, Akingbile between the year 1988-1993.Then, Aponmode Moniya High School from 1993-1999. He later proceed to Oyo State College of Education where he studied (English/Political Science). He also studied at the premiere University of Ibadan for his BA,English, LLB (Law) in view. Nigeria Institute of Public Relations. He is the Proprietor of Islamic Heritage School Glorious Schools (ISHEGLOS), Asanmajana Road/Road4 Arikeuyo/Falade-Oloosoko,area,Moniya. He is also the CEO,Edu-Links International Concepts and MD,Sakem ICT Concepts Ltd. He is a former Special Assistance to the Chairman of Akinyele local government . He is a councillorship aspirant of ward 5 for the APC postponed primary election.

The alumni conference which is schedule for December 26th of this year by 2pm at Aponmode high school promises to be hilarious and fascinating.

Some of the activities that are scheduled for the conference include:

Alumni interaction between different sets,

Brief information on the progress and achievements of the association,

Health seminar on the essence of premarital genotype screening,

Free blood pressure test for everyone present,

Sumptuous snacks break during the period of the meeting.

I know you are very busy, but attending this crucial alumni conference will be of great help to our association and the society which we belong to in general.
