On behalf the founder of Noridge Education Network , Mrs. Oluremi Alade JP. I am saying a big thank you to all our facilitators and participants at the just concluded Students Leadership Conference .
It was indeed an amazing experience.

Every great destiny begins with a decision. Life does not give you what you wish for—it gives you what you choose and pursue with direction. The decisions you make today will determine the destinations you reach tomorrow.

As a youth or young leaders, you stand at the most defining stage of your life. This is the season when choices shape the future—choices about God, friends, habits, purpose, and priorities etc.

A big thank you to all our Panelists at the just concluded Students Leadership Conference

Direction: The Compass of Destiny

Direction means knowing where you are going and why. Many youths are moving fast—but in the wrong direction. Speed without direction leads to destruction.

- Ask yourself daily: “Where am I going?”
- It’s not enough to be busy; be purposeful.

“There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” — Proverbs 14:12

Direction comes from:

- Divine guidance (Psalm 32:8)
- God’s Word (Psalm 119:105)
- Wise counsel (Proverbs 11:14)
- Self-discipline and reflection

How to Make the Right Choices

1. Acknowledge God in all decisions — Proverbs 3:5–6

2. Seek knowledge before making major moves

3. Listen to mentors and godly voices

4. Consider long-term consequences, not short-term pleasure

5. Stay true to your values and vision

Thank you Dr. Tina Akinbo, Head of Department Management and Accounting, Lead City University, Ibadan.

Extract of her speech at the just concluded Students Leadership Conference :

Choice is God’s greatest gift after life itself. It is the steering wheel of destiny.

You may not choose how you were born, but you can choose how you live.

You may not choose what happens to you, but you can choose your response to it.

Your decisions today become your conditions tomorrow..

Thank you Ma for helping to shape the lives of our students for better future. God bless you Ma
