The guest lecture, “The Nigerian Dress as a Piece of Art,” delivered by Dr Oluwadara A. Fakunle, examined how Nigerian dress reflects identity, creativity, history and cultural pride, while also addressing the urgent need to preserve indigenous textile traditions.
