Cheap customers can keep business owner poor if care is not taken. Never allow cheap customers to keep you poor. They are the one requesting for discount all the time. Promised to buy but you will not see them patronizing. They can criticize your product negatively.

Price of your product can increase because of value and benefits to derive from your product compare to other competitors. Value oriented customer don't negotiate price if purchase quality product.

Your business can attract serious customers by the following:
1) sell result not product. Serious customers need outcome of your product - benefit going to derive.

2) increase price with confidence and explain value and product quality.

3) let your price reflect your value. If your price is too low what you will see are cheap customers but if your price is high base on your value serious buyer will surely patronizing you.

4) never stay too long in bargaining. Remain professional in pricing. Your fix price is your fix price.

5) locate your business with serious buyers. Don't locate your business where your value will not be appreciated.
