What an inspiring session! 🌟
Today, we had an empowering leadership talk with Patrick Mots’oene, a 2025 Mandela Washington Fellow.
Patrick shared deeply from his journey — from civic and community leadership to building a powerful leadership vision.
A key highlight was the CliftonStrengths Assessment, which helps you recognize your strengths and shape your personal leadership style.
He also emphasized how the Fellowship opens doors to global networks, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
His message was clear:
✨ Leadership is a journey of learning, unlearning, and growing.
✨ Give yourself permission to evolve
If you are a change maker — in your community or your home — the Mandela Washington Fellowship is an opportunity you should grab.
Thank you, Patrick, for your inspiration. 🙏
