Why do I have say bonjour?
Saying "bonjour" is a social reflex, it is as good as dropping a smile when you make eye contact with people. Bonjour doesn't mean you are ready for a conversation about the weather or you want to invite people out on a date, it is common courtesy.
To make a good first impression, you say bonjour when you enter an office, at the cashier's, sitting beside someone on the bus, gettiñg into the elevator with other people, greeting the store keeper when you enter a small store as far as when the waiter comes to take your orders too! Start by saying bonjour 😄
