It's a brand new week.
I admonish you to go through that process. It might be painful or not yeilding your desired result. Don't quit. You are coming out strong only if you keep working and you believe. There is light at the end of the tunnel.......
Dare to be the best.

*THE DEVIL CALLED PROCRASTINATION.*
Procrastination is the easiest trap to fall into when you're working on your goals.
You've set your calendar and you know what you need to do, but do you need to do it today? Yes! Those items are not going to check themselves off of your list, and the longer you wait, the longer it will take to reach your goals.
Listen to the wisdom of these people and take it to heart:
“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” – Walt Disney
“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Wishing is not enough; we must do.” – Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
“We generate fears while we sit. We overcome them by action.” – Dr. Henry Link
“You're not supposed to do this perfectly. You don't do life perfectly. No one does.” – Michelle Obama
“If you want to make an easy job seem mighty hard, just keep putting off doing it.” – Olin Miller
“Amateurs sit and wait for inspiration, the rest of us just get up and go to work.” – Stephen King
“Great acts are made up of small deeds.” – Lao Tzu
