I call it The 4-Step Clarity Framework for multi-gifted women in transition (especially those of us building with faith and fire).

Here is how to know which one to focus on first:

1. Discern Your Season
What is God calling me to nurture in this season stability, creativity, or growth?

2. Check Your Energy
Which of these passions leaves me most energized, not drained?

3. Test for Fruitfulness
Which one has a clear next step I could take this week?

4. Let Go of Pressure
What do I need to release to feel lighter in obeying one call at a time?

You are not confused you are layered.
God is not rushing you, He is unfolding you.

As we dive into 2025, let's talk about GOALS!

What goals are you hitting this week? What goal are you crushing today?

Remember, it's not just about achieving your goals, but also about who you become in the process.

If you're new to setting goals, start with just 3 and focus on mastering the art of ruthless ex*****on. You can always add more later!

And let's be real... if you have 8 goals, but no system to achieve them, it's time to streamline!

Be honest with yourself, prioritize, and break down your goals into manageable chunks for each quarter of the year.

It's better to achieve 3 meaningful goals than to stare at 8 unfulfilled ones!
