All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all worlds. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Noble Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his family, his companions, and all those who follow his guidance until the Last Day.

With immense gratitude to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, Utrujjah Academy proudly congratulates the family of Ahmad Ismail on the successful completion of his Qur’an memorization today, Friday, May 8, 2026, at exactly 2:37 PM.

Ahmad Ismail, a native of Oyo, was born at Elekuro Hospital, Ibadan, on March 26, 2008, and resides at Madinah, Aba–Ege, Amuloko.

Before joining Utrujjah Academy, he pursued his Western education at Mubarak Al-Haqq School, Madinah, where he completed his SSCE in the science class. He also enrolled at Ma’hadun-Nuur, Aba–Ege, Amuloko, for Islamic studies, where he is currently in SSS 1. In addition, he previously attended Arabic classes at Utrujjah Academy.

He joined Utrujjah Academy with the academy’s first set of students and began his journey of memorizing the Noble Qur’an with dedication and perseverance. During his earlier stay at the academy, he memorized between four and five ajzaa’. After the academy relocated, he reenrolled on August 1, 2025, already having memorized seven ajzaa’.

Throughout his memorization journey, he faced several cognitive and personal challenges, especially during tasmee‘ sessions, and at times even struggled with eating properly. Nevertheless, through patience, determination, and the grace of Allah, he remained steadfast until he completed the memorization of the Noble Qur’an.

Ahmad plans to further both his Western and Islamic education. He also advised people around the world to draw closer to Allah, emphasizing that closeness to Allah makes every difficulty easier. He reminded everyone to value and appreciate their parents and to be grateful for their presence. He further encouraged Muslims to dedicate time to the recitation of the Qur’an and invited non-Muslims to embrace Islam.

We pray that Allah سبحانه وتعالى makes this remarkable achievement a source of joy and coolness to the eyes of his parents, elevates him through the Qur’an, blesses him with sincerity and steadfastness, and grants him the honor of living by the Qur’an and teaching it to others.

May Allah accept this effort as an act of worship from the student, his parents, and Utrujjah Academy, and may He place abundant blessings in it.

“And We have certainly made the Qur’an easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?” — Qur’an 54:17

May the peace and blessings of Allah continue to be upon our Noble Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات، تمّ بحمد الله تعالى إتمام حفظ القرآن الكريم لأحد طلاب أكاديمية الأترجّة، وذلك صباح يوم الثلاثاء 14 أبريل 2026م، الساعة 10:23 صباحًا.
الحافظ الجديد هو عبد الملك بن جامع بن عالم أولادوجا، من مدينة إبادن، ويبلغ من العمر 19 عامًا، وهو أول من أتمّ حفظ القرآن الكريم في أسرته.
بدأ تعليمه النظامي في مدارس مختلفة بإبادن، كما بدأ حفظ القرآن الكريم مبكرًا، والتحق بأكاديمية الأترجّة بتاريخ 18 نوفمبر 2024م، وأتمّ الحفظ في مدة تقارب سنة وأربعة أشهر، بفضل الله تعالى.
وقد واجه بعض التحديات الصحية والتعليمية خلال مسيرته، ومع ذلك منّ الله عليه بالإتمام والتوفيق.
وهو يجيد اللغات: العربية، الإنجليزية، واليوربا، وينوي مواصلة دراسته الإسلامية والجامعية بإذن الله تعالى.
نسأل الله أن يتقبل منه هذا العمل، وأن يجعله من أهل القرآن الذين هم أهل الله وخاصته، وأن يبارك في والديه ومعلميه وأكاديمية الأترجّة.

All praise is due to Allah for the completion of the memorization of the Noble Qur’an by one of the students of Utrujjah Academy. This blessed milestone was achieved on Tuesday, 14th April 2026, at 10:23 a.m.
The new Ḥāfiẓ is AbdulMalik Jamiu Alim Oladoja, 19 years old, from Ibadan (originally Igboho). He is the first among his siblings to complete the memorization of the Qur’an.
He joined Utrujjah Academy on 18th November 2024 and, by the grace of Allah, completed the Qur’an in about one year and four months, despite some academic and health challenges.
He is fluent in Yoruba, English, and Arabic, and encourages Muslims to strive for Qur’an memorization and to seek success in this life and the Hereafter.
May Allah accept this noble achievement, bless his efforts, and reward his parents, teachers, and all those who supported him.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Indeed, Allah has His own people among mankind—the people of the Qur’an.”

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

قال الله تعالى في القرآن الكريم (يونس: 58):

> ﴿قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ﴾

الحمد لله ربِّ العالمين، حمداً طيباً مباركاً فيه، ملءَ السماوات وملءَ الأرض وملءَ ما بينهما وملءَ ما شاء ربُّنا من شيءٍ بعد. نحمده سبحانه على جزيل نعمه، ونشكره على عظيم فضله، ونُعلن بقلوبٍ يغمرها الامتنان، وألسنةٍ تلهج بالفرح والسرور، أن أكاديمية الأترجّة قد منَّ الله عليها ـ بفضله ورحمته ـ بإتمام حافظٍ جديدٍ لحفظ كتاب الله تعالى، وذلك صباح يوم الاثنين الموافق 23 فبراير 2026م، عند الساعة الحادية عشرة وتسعٍ وعشرين دقيقة.

الحافظ الجديد هو: جعفر داود أبانِيكندا، أحد أبناء مدينة إبادن الأوفياء. يبلغ من العمر ثلاث عشرة سنة، وُلِد في العاشر من أغسطس سنة 2013م، وهو الابن الثاني لأسرته، وأول من أتمَّ حفظ القرآن الكريم كاملاً من بينهم؛ فكان ذلك له تاجَ فخرٍ، ولوالديه وسامَ شرفٍ ونوراً على نور.

بدأ تعليمه النظامي في مدرسة أولوكيمي، واستمرَّ فيها حتى المرحلة المتوسطة (JSS1)، ثم التحق بأكاديمية الأترجّة في السادس من يناير 2025م، عازماً على إتمام حفظ كتاب الله، ومواصلة دراسته للعلوم الإسلامية بهمةٍ صادقةٍ وعزيمةٍ راسخة.

وكان قد أتمَّ حفظ تسعة أجزاء من القرآن قبل التحاقه بالأكاديمية، غير أن الانتقال إلى نظام السكن الداخلي لم يخلُ من مشقة؛ فقد استثقل في بادئ الأمر فراق المألوف، واغرورقت عيناه تأثراً بالغربة. لكن والديه، وقد عقدا التوكل على الله، سلَّماه لأهل القرآن، وملآ قلوبهما يقيناً بأن وراء كل ابتلاء حكمة، ووراء كل مشقة منحة. كما قال تعالى في القرآن الكريم (البقرة: 216):

> ﴿وَعَسَىٰ أَن تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ﴾

فما بدأ بدمعةٍ خُتم بابتسامة، وما استُهلَّ بتردُّدٍ أُنجز بيقين.

وخلال مسيرته في الحفظ، واجه بعض التحديات الذهنية والشخصية؛ فمرت به أيامُ تعبٍ، وساعاتُ فتورٍ، وضاقت عليه أحياناً حلقاتُ المراجعة. غير أن الصبر كان زاده، والمثابرة كانت سلاحه، والدعاء كان أنيسه؛ فسمت همته، وقويت عزيمته، وتحوّل العسر يسراً، والتعب أجراً، والمعاناة منحةً تُصقل بها النفوس وتعلو بها الدرجات.

وقد أتمَّ ـ بفضل الله ـ حفظه الكامل في اليوم السادس من شهر رمضان لعام 1447هـ، شهر القرآن، شهر الهداية والفرقان، شهر النور الذي أشرق به الوحي على القلوب.

وهو يوصي المسلمين كافةً بالتمسّك بكتاب الله، حفظاً وفهماً وعملاً، وألا يكون القرآن حروفاً تُتلى فحسب، بل منهجاً يُتَّبع ونوراً يُهتدى به. كما يدعو غير المسلمين إلى التأمل في رسالة الإسلام، والمسارعة إلى قبوله قبل يومٍ لا ينفع فيه الندم.

وقد تعرَّف والداه على أكاديمية الأترجّة عن طريق الشيخ سراج الدين إيوووِي، فجزى الله كلَّ من كان سبباً في هذا الإنجاز المبارك خير الجزاء، وجعل ذلك في موازين حسناتهم.

وبعد هذا الإنجاز المشرِّف، يعتزم ـ بإذن الله ـ مواصلة تعليمه النظامي ابتداءً من المرحلة (JSS2)، جامعاً بين نور الوحي ومعارف العصر، وبين هداية السماء وخبرة الأرض.

نسأل الله أن يجعل القرآن ربيع قلبه، ونور صدره، وجلاء حزنه، ورفعة درجته في الدنيا والآخرة، وأن يجعله ذخراً لوالديه، وصدقةً جاريةً لهما ولمعلميه ولكل من أسهم في دعمه.

وصدق الله تعالى: ﴿قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا﴾ — فبفضل الله ورحمته نفرح، وبهما نعتز، ولهما نحمد.
