SHE MILLIONAIRE 2025 WORKSHOP

Few days ago I joined a She Millionaire 2025 Workshop by Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze it was a workshop for women but I still joined lol. Below are some of the things I learnt. I hope you will enjoy it, it took me 2 days to re-watch and write these notes.
Main Message
Success is Scripted. Think it in this way 2025 is a movie about a Successful person and you are going to be the Actor or Actress of the movie. Write your own Script for your life.
The Problem
Many people we don't know success is scripted, no one becomes successful by accident.
Objective of the Workshop
To help women in Business to become Millionaires and Multimillionaires in 2025.
There are 3 elements to consider to make a good 2025 Script:
1. Goal
What is your goal, to start a business? Make millions? Influence etc.
2. Strategy
What is your master plan to make millions in 2025? Methods and ways you will use.
3. Actionable steps
You will need to break down the strategies into small daily steps to follow in order to make millions.
In the workshop we learnt 5 scripts to write in order to make millions in 2025:
1. Scrip #1: The New Me Version
In 2025 the new version of you should enter it. But for that to happen, one must firstly accept the current state she is. "I am broke and I need Money, I only have 2k in my account, or I make 2 million but I want to be making 5 million a month ".
b. Change your mindset,
You must be able to see the positive side. If you are planning to receive orders through your phone then charge it always and it should be close to you. If you are planning to serve more people prepare for more people and make room.
c. Thinking must be part of your life.
You must make time to think, ask yourself questions. What can I do to make millions? Who should I collaborate with to make millions? What strategies can I do?
d. Focus and Put energy.
Do your research of richest people in the world. They were known for doing one thing alone. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezzos , Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg they all did one thing but later on invested in many things. In 2025 focus on one thing or two, do not be all over, cooking, teaching, swimming, tailoring, IT, etc focus your energy.
e. Come to a sound resolution.
There are some things the new you need to stop doing in order to become a millionaire through your business. You need to stop procrastinating, stop laziness you can't sleep at 7pm and wake up next day at 12 noon. Everything you do is poorly done, you are always late, you deliver things lately. Some people you need to stop being friends with.

1. What you will stop doing
2. What you are going to continue doing
3. What you need to start doing
2. Script #2: The Product
Whatever you are selling whether it's a service or a product we are including it in this segment called product. You are going to use it to make millions in 2025, so write it down.
a. Write what you are selling,
I teach children part time lessons, I do graphic design, I offer business lessons, I sell food, I do fashion and design and I sell clothes.
b. Can what you are selling make you a millionaire?
You need to be honest with yourself, if what you are selling cannot make you a millionaire then write it down too it means you should change. Some people have products that can make them millionaires but the way they sell and operate it can never make millions. Selling chips can make millions but not by selling at a street corner with one shop and one person. Some of you will need good packaging, good branding, good distraction channel and some of you may need a good platform to market and change target audience.
c. Is your product really good?
You see customers buys because they have an expectation, does your product do what the client buys it for? A $1,000 bag cannot be of same nature as a $100 bag. Do you have confidence in your product? Or you are just selling it. If there is something to change then do it.
d. What more can I add to my products.
Is your sticker ok? How about the colors? Do you sell so many flavors that customers gets confused about? Check for your hot product and focus on that. Some customers will request one product more or maybe two products but when customers request it, it's always finished and you keep on selling what customers don't want. Focus on what will bring millions. Get more suppliers of it, if you are to make millions then get more of it. Some of you don't have your own products, try selling other people's products, make a deal with them.
3. Script #3: The Numbers
If you are going to make millions, then you must move from seeing numbers on the paper to seeing numbers in reality, remember success is scripted.
In this numbers game, it is important to write simple and realistic calculation that you can believe and achievable. Let us see few examples
I braid hair as a business, here is how I am going to make millions
I charge 20K per head and in a week I serve 5 customers = 100K.
I employed a girl who also serves 5 customers at 20k In a week = 100K.
We also do revamp or mending for locks hair, per head 3k and 5 customers a week = 15K.
Total per week 215K.
This one can make a million in 2 months or 3.
Example number 2.
This girl doesn't have her own products so she sells someone's dresses and takes Commission.
Her plan is to sell 25 dresses in a week and take 3k on each as commission = 75K. It will take longer for her to make millions since she needs to eat too.
Example number 3.
I sell a software product
The plan to make a million is to sell to 7000 users at $10 subscription each per month. Which is $70,000 monthly. Per year it's $70,000X12 which is $840,000. This one is a big boy.
Example number 4.
I teach children online
50 students and each 30k per 2 months. Which is 1.5 million a month. She will be marketing the first month and teach the second month.
4. The Script #4: The Marketing Game
If we have products then we must market and sell, if we are to make millions then we must market and sell. our products.
You remember the numbers you have scripted in the numbers Script? Then you must market to drive those numbers, you must market to sell to those customers.
a. You must Desire Traffic
What are you doing for people to know what you are selling daily? Daily you must wake up with the hunger to be known by customers, desire to be known by someone. Are you posting on your whatsapp channel or status?, are you running paid Ads? Are you sharing free knowledge on your page? What strategies are you doing? People must hear about you daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. What are you doing to bring traffic to you daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly? Someone was giving free apples on top of her services people came in traffic.
b. Clear Messaging
The people who will be hearing about you, the ones who will be coming they will need to trust you, like you and want to do business with you to the extent of referring you to others. Do you understand the poor of messaging? What will you be telling them daily? You cannot be saying buy buy daily, you need to be interesting, credible and trustworthy. Mix with testimonials, feedbacks, humour stories, show your business. It is also messaging that changes people's perception of you and trust, stop just taking pictures and post, but sometimes show how you make your products, show us your office, show us how many workers you have, show us whole quantity of products next time we will remember you.
c. Collect the Money/ Make a Sale
Many of us we have good traffic, good messaging but we don't sell, we have disappearing messages, we don't pick up calls, we don't reply to messages in time we don't have good customer service. Sales is not marketing, marketing will bring the people but sales is getting them to pay you. Reduce ways to get access to you for them to pay. If you have too many messages you can either hire someone to be handling that or create an online shop people have a form they pay select a product without texting you.
5. Script #5: The Financial Wisdom
It is not enough to just make money, you need to know how to grow and keep it. People make millions and lose them same day also.
a. Are you Organized
Are your back-end Operations organized. Do you know what happens in your operations, many people says I make money but I don't know where it goes. Before you blame the devil check your operations.
b. Learn Basic Money Management
You should know how to Save, Invest and where to save or invest. Know mistakes to make and calculate risk. Have an idea of Bonds, commercial papers, Treasury bills, Shares, Banks, Debts and the stock market. Do you know delay gratification or when you make a million you will buy Brazilian hair, or travel abroad and party. Before we know you will be broke. Delay the enjoyment.
Now that you have written your 5 scripts for 2025, what next?
1. Review the Plan
2. If you left some gaps then fill it
3. Some segments add more information especially how to attract more clients.
