Ògún was one of the messengers of olódùmarè known as òrìsà, someone with uncommon power and intelligence. Ògún and his other òrìsàs made into deities, irúnmọlẹ̀ by people. There's nothing bad in making reference to their good deeds while they were alive. There were millions of people who had outperformed those òrìsàs in terms of medicine, security, technology, power supply, spirituality, economy, philanthropy, education and so on, and not made deities, and there are far more people greater than those, who are still alive.

Ọmọ aráyé fẹ́ràn irọ́ tó bẹ́ẹ̀ gẹ́ẹ , gbogbo àwọn tí wọn ò ní Agbada ìjóògùn ní Ilé wọn nfi owọ́ sòyà fún mi wípé Òògùn ọfẹ́ wà . Àwọn tí wọn ò mọ ìwúlò oun tí wọ́n npè ní Ataare .

Mo sì rí ìmọ̀ràn ẹ̀yin olólùfẹ́ ìkànnì yí tí ẹ sọ wípé kí nmá sọ ọ̀rọ̀ nípa Òògùn mọ́ . Ó dà bí ẹni wípé ẹ̀ nsìmí gbọ́ .
Miò sọ wípé kò sí òògùn , ewe nbẹ nílẹ̀ Yorùbá tí kò jẹun .
Àmọ́ gbogbo ẹnu ni mo fi sọọ́, kò sí Òògùn owó , Ìbọn , Egbé, ọfẹ àti àfẹ́ẹ̀rí . Baba nlá irọ́ gbáà ni .

This is age of Knowing not age of believing. The new generation must think differently to evolve and meet the world standard.

They advised us to go back to school but deep down, their intention was to ruin our career to enable them survive the pressure we were giving them- Shanko Rashidi referred to Pasuma's song where he advised him and his upcoming colleagues to go back to school.

He alleges that senior colleagues then paid promoters to stop promoting them just bcos we young artistes then were giving them pressure, especially me.

We listened to them when they advised us to go back to school without knowing their advice was meant to ruin our career.
