Note: Have been asked by several final year students that if they have just one course left maybe a carryover should they do it or just wait for graduation list. This is my own personal opinion on it.
The best option I can give you is so far you have this semester to perfect your graduation go ahead and do that just 1 course, it better you are over qualified for graduation than for 1 course to give you extra year, If you miss the next list you are going to wait till 2025 to graduate you will loss time and money that you don't want to spend now. So spend the money now and save yourself time.

Also make sure you are not joking with your project

For your information support portal at times does not give you the true status of your academic so make sure you go through your portal well to see where you might be lacking behind.

Why do some students spend additional years at NOUN?

Some students spent 5-9 years at NOUN before completing their degree. It is crucial for students to understand the main reasons behind this extended duration:

1. Carryover: Having multiple carryovers each semester can automatically extend the length of your studies by 2 or more semesters.

2. Skipping or suspension: Students may choose to skip a semester or be suspended by the school management, resulting in a delay in their graduation.

3. Lack of proper guidance: It is important for students to seek guidance from a trusted NOUN source or regularly visit the centre for accurate information about their studies.

4. Skipping Core and Elective Courses: Students should register all their Core courses and at least one Elective course per semester, it increases the chance of graduating.

5. All project courses: i.e. Project Research, Siwes, Seminar, Practicum, Teaching Practice, etc. Students should take this seriously and make sure they pass it.

*GUIDELINE FOR FRESHERS ON UPCOMING E-XAM.*

📌 1. Be observant:

Entering the examination be observant and check your keyboard and mouse whether are in a good condition.

📌 2. Calmness:

Don't rush into login, don't be too much in hurry to make mistakes relax your brain first before attempting the questions.

📌 3. Time duration:

E- In the exam, you will be given at least 1hour and 30 minutes to answer all your questions.

📌 4. Avoid Sluggishness:

Attempt the questions you know first, don't delay your time on a question don't delay yourself so that your time will not against you.

📌 5. Notation of spellings e.g courses chm 103, bio 103, etc:

This is where most students do fail, the answer is that you know and you don't know the spellings correctly call your partner beside you in a polite way so that will not implicate your friend that wanted to assist you.

📌 6. Cross-check your answers:

Cross-check when you are done maybe you don't omit any questions and spellings.

📌 7. Note the units of your courses either 3 units or 2 units:

3units grades will be multiplied by 5,4,3,2,1 based on what you score in tma, exam in total will be multiplied by the following numbers above and peculiar to 2 units as well.

NOTE: This upcoming exam for the physical candidates be an independent learner and don't wait for someone you are going to queue with so that you can chat, don't go to the exam hall empty brainless you will just be molested in the exam and sent away. This is the right time to read. Make hay while the sunshine. Make yourself available for success*
