IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINATION INTO THE UBEC MODEL SMART SCHOOL HADEJIA, JIGAWA STATE

All ECCDE, Primary School, and Junior Secondary School (JSS) applicants who have been shortlisted for admission into UBEC Model Smart School Hadejia, Jigawa State are required to present the following original documents during the screening for entrance examination:

1. Original Printed Application Form

2. Original Certificate of Birth

3. Writing materials such as pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener etc

These documents are compulsory for the verification of every candidate's identity and eligibility before the commencement of the examination.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any applicant—whether applying for ECCDE, Primary, or Junior Secondary School (JSS)—who fails to present both the Original Printed Application Form and the Original Certificate of Birth will be disqualified and will not be allowed to participate in the Entrance Examination.

Time: 10:00 a.m. prompt

(i) The original copy of their application form, which will serve as their means of identification and will be presented during the screening exercise before the commencement of the examination.
