1. *Medical Fitness*
This is cumpulsory for all PCM's. It's a document that shows that a PCM is fit for NYSC.

PORTAL WILL OPEN AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONCE YOUR NAME IS ON THE SENATE LIST ONLINE.

And if you are yet to see your name on the SENATE list or your school is yet to upload.

It is not a new thing, there are school that delay but they will eventually upload.

Be patient and try as much as possible to stay in touch with your student affairs to get updated on what's pupping..

📛 *NYSC GRADUATION LIST & NYSC SENATE LIST*

_Read To The End To Know The Differences Between Them And Know The One To Check To Be Qualified For Online Registration_

👉🏼 THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT CONFUSION TO PCMs, especialy when a PCM sees his or her name in the graduation list and not on the senate list.

❓ *What is NYSC graduation list?*

This is the approved list that contains the names of students that graduated from respective Nigeria Universities and are ready for NYSC (They have been cleared by their school). The National youth service corps has made it compulsory that all Corps producing institutions are to submit their graduation list to NYSC for mobilization and documentation.
NOTE : if your name is not listed in the graduation list after you might have successfully checked, it doesn't necessarily mean anything, your concern should be senate list.

🇳🇬 *NYSC senate list*
contains the names of students already and Fully mobilised by NYSC for one-year national youth service and they are fit to carry out the online registration.

🇳🇬 NYSC Graduation list has the status of those eligible and those not eligible for online registration where-as, Senate list shows only those that are eligible for registration.

*📌 REASONS WHY YOU WON'T BE REGISTERED AT NYSC ORIENTATION CAMP*

PCMs will not be registered in camp if there is disparity in the following;

❌ *The name on the Statement of Result and the one on the dashboard is not the same.*

✅ if the name on your certificate is correct, but dashboard is wrong, use the link on your dashboard to apply for name correction.
But if the name on your certificate is wrong, contact your school.
If both certificate and dashboard is wrong, apply for correction on your dashboard and also visit your school.
2 names on the dashboard and 3 names on certificate is wrong, abbreviation on either dashboard or certificate is also wrong.
Do the needful.

*❌ The date of graduation on the Statement of Result and that of the dashboard.*

✅ Contact your Student Affairs Officer (SAO) for your date of graduation.

*❌ The passport on your dashboard is not yours.*

✅ Because of the crowd that want to get registered at the cafe, the cafeman usually mix details up. To correct wrong passport uploaded, visit the ICT center at the NYSC state secretariat.

*❌ Wrongly uploaded Thumb 👍 Print*

✅ At the orientation camp, you will be generated a state code, which is your NYSC identity number. The state code legitimately makes you a bonafide corp member of a particular state.
You will get the state code immediately your thumb is verified at the camp.
If you were wrongly thumb printed while registering at the cafe, the biometric scanner at the camp won't capture and generate a state code for you.
So if you know it was wrongly done at the cafe level, visit the NYSC state secretariat now for recapturing.

*❌ No Medical Fitness Certificate*

✅ The fitness medical certificate is as important as your school certificate at the camp. Some camp will ask for it at the camp gate before entry.
No matter who you are or who you know, you can never be registered without the medical fitness certificate.
It's a must have for *ALL* PCMs.

❌ *Wrong Course of Study*
If the course of study on your certificate is different from the one on your dashboard, there is going to be a problem and you'll be sent back home

❌ *Wrong Class of Degree*
Some PCMs do manipulate results to go for service, if you get caught, you won't only be sent back home... You'll also be arrested and Jailed

*IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨*

Important notice to married females PCM that will be posted outside there husband state. Atimes, there are report that married female were posted outside their husband state even after uploading all the necessary documents. Well, the fact is that once you have all the documents required from a married female Corp member Take all those documents with you and go to the camp in your husband state of residence, you will be documented and Redeployed to the state.

🇳🇬 🖥 *NYSC REGISTRATION*
💻 *THINGS NEEDED AT CYBER CAFE*

Below is the list of things that Prospective Corps members should take along with them to the registration. Aside these nothing else is needed. 👇🏽

*📸1⃣ A passport photograph:* Your passport photograph should be clear without any obstruction. The background color should be white or off-white.

*🖊2⃣ Biro:* You might need Biro to write important things, at least that will save you from going around begging for Biro.

*📧3⃣ Email Account:* You need to have an email that you know the login password, gmail is preferable. If you don’t have a gmail address, please create it now and keep the password safe.

*💳 4⃣ ATM🏧 card:* You need ATM card (Visa or MasterCard) to pay NYSC the sum of ₦2,786.24 for online Call-up letter printing. Another option to pay is to print the payment invoice during your registration, and then go to any bank along with the Invoice and cash to make the payment.
It's the only payment you are making to NYSC, and it's during registration. No other payments.

*💵 5⃣Cash:* You need to go with some cash to pay the Cyber Cafe owner and make other miscellaneous expenses.
So aside the approximately 3k you are paying to NYSC, budget caféman money, between 1k to 2k, depending on your negotiation power and your location.

*🔢 6⃣ Your School Matriculation number and JAMB Reg number:* Some prospective corps members do not know their Matriculation and JAMB Reg number off head, please write it out on a piece of paper and take it along with other items

*📜✈️ Documents for Foreign trained graduates:*
