Alhamdu Lillah!
Today, the management of ggdss Tudun Wada Bye-pass Gusau has successfully inaugurated new perfects for 2026/2027 Academic session. The event which took place @ the assembly ground was very colourful and interesting. The school principal Hajiya Zainab Isah Ibrahim urged the newly appointed perfects to be good ambassadors and hardworking throughout of their tenure. She also asked them to be God fearers on whatever they were doing.

7th July,2025.
Today, our school principal, Haj. Zainab Isah Ibrahim, witnessed a tree planting exercise conducted by the School Climate Change Club (CCC). The event also featured the planting of additional plants presented by Malam Murtala Bello from the Biology department.
The sole aims of establishing the club is to promote environmental sustainability and awareness among students.
The exercise was attended by some school staff members and was successfully conducted.
Congratulations to the Climate Change Club CCC and the Biology department on this initiative!

Today Government Girls Day Secondary School (GGDSS) Tudun Wada Bye-Pass Gusau was honored to receive a delegation from the Zamfara State Ministry of Environment. The team brought additional trees for planting, supporting efforts to combat climate change.
The school principal Haj. Zainab Isah Ibrahim ably represented by her Vices extends gratitude to the Ministry for this initiative, aligning with global celebrations of World Environment Day.
This gesture underscores the importance of environmental stewardship and sustainability.

The Honorable Commissioner for Ministry of Education, Zamfara State, today visited Government Girls Day Secondary School (GGDSS) Tudun Wada. During the visit, he inspected the ongoing renovation project initiated by His Excellency, Dr. Dauda Lawal Dare.
The Commissioner also interacted with our SS 3 students who are currently sitting for their NECO examination, encouraging them to take their studies seriously, particularly emphasizing the importance of their role as future mothers.
Both students and staff of the college were very much happy with the visit and thank the hon. Commissioner for his care on the school.
