KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY TEAM CONDUCTS PRE-AFFILIATION ACCREDITATION VISIT TO AL-JAMAAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE
From February 7–8, 2025, a team from Kaduna State University (KASU), led by Prof. Suleiman U. Suleiman, visited Al-Jamaal Education Institute, Gusau for a Pre-Affiliation Accreditation Exercise. The delegation included Dr. Ahmed Musa, Dr. Yusuf Usman, and Mal. Mansur Usman Tsofo (Secretary, Institute of Education, KASU).

During the visit, the team conducted a comprehensive review of the institute’s staff strength, facilities, and academic documents. They toured the ICT Laboratory, Library, and classrooms, commending the institute’s infrastructure and encouraging the pursuit of degree programs.

On February 8, 2025, the team visited the Emir’s Palace, where His Royal Highness, Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Bello, OFR, ably represented by Sarkin Gabas, warmly received them. After insightful discussions, the Emir pledged his full support for Al-Jamaal’s educational initiatives.

This visit marks a significant step towards expanding academic opportunities in Zamfara State.

AL-JAMAAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO THE EMIR OF GUSAU
On Thursday 9th of January, a delegation from Al-Jamaal Education Institute paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness, Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Bello, OFR, the Emir of Gusau, to brief him on the institute’s latest educational initiatives.

During the visit, the Director of Al-Jamaal Education Institute, Alh. Abdulwahab Yusuf Shehu, expressed appreciation for the Emir’s continuous support and generosity toward the institute. The team also sought His Royal Highness’ support in implementing the upcoming Trained Birth Attendants (TBA) Program in Gusau - a vital initiative aimed at improving maternal and child healthcare in the state.

Additionally, the institute shared plans to introduce more academic programs in partnership with Kaduna State University (KASU) and requested the Emir’s blessing and approval for a forthcoming courtesy visit by the KASU delegation upon their arrival on February 8, 2025.

In his usual fatherly guidance, the Emir welcomed these developments and assured the institute of his continued support toward advancing education and healthcare in Zamfara State.
