CONSOLIDATED SUPPORTIVE SUPERVISION UNDER ZAMFARA AGILE

The State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), under Zamfara AGILE Sub-component 3.2 (Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation), is conducting ongoing Consolidated Supportive Supervision (CSS) across selected project locations in the 14 Local Government Areas of the state.

The supervision team visited Bakura, Maradun, and Talata Mafara to monitor AGILE interventions, assess implementation progress, identify challenges, and provide on-the-spot technical support to implementing teams and stakeholders.

The CSS approach brings together multidisciplinary teams covering safeguards, civil works, life skills, communication, financial management, and monitoring and evaluation. This collaborative approach promotes joint problem-solving, strengthens coordination, improves reporting, and provides real-time technical mentorship at the school and community levels.

The exercise is aimed at ensuring that AGILE interventions are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in line with project standards and objectives.
