Every time you say, “I’ll do it” and don't, you're teaching yourself that your own word doesn't matter.

Start changing that.

If you said you'll wake up early - get up.
If you said you'll finish it - finish it.
If you said you'll stop - stop.
If you said you'll start - start.

You don't build self-discipline by making bigger promises.

You build it by keeping the small ones.

Keep your word to yourself.

That's how you build self-trust, discipline, and character.

As we grow older, we begin to realise just how much we need Allah in every part of our lives.

Musa عليه السلام, despite being a Prophet of Allah, still made the duʿā:

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي ۝ وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي

“My Lord, expand for me my chest, and make my task easy for me.”
Qur’an 20:25–26
