GRADUATION PARTY REMINDER

Dear Pupils and Students,

This is to remind all pupils and students that our Graduation Party will hold on Saturday, 1st August, 2026.

All pupils and students attending the event are to wear their Friday wear when coming to school. You may bring your house clothes in your school bag and change after arriving at the school if necessary.

This arrangement is to help the school control unnecessary crowds and ensure that only our pupils and students gain easy access to the school premises.

Kindly ensure that you arrive at the school on or before 8:30 a.m. so that the programme can commence as scheduled.

Dear Esteemed Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you that the Gaja International School End-of-Session Graduation Party is scheduled to hold as follows:

Date: Saturday, 1st August, 2026
Time: 8:00 a.m. prompt

We kindly appeal to all parents/guardians to hasten the payment of the graduation fee to enable us make adequate preparations for the event.

Furthermore, all graduands and participating pupils/students are expected to attend rehearsals every Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Regular attendance is very important, as it will ensure a successful and well-coordinated graduation ceremony.

We appreciate your usual cooperation and support, and we look forward to celebrating this memorable occasion together.

INTRODUCTION OF ONLINE RESULT CHECKING

Dear Esteemed Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to inform you that Gaja International School has upgraded its result management system by introducing online checking of termly results.

With this new system, parents and guardians will be able to conveniently access their children's academic results online from any location.

To facilitate this service, a Result Checking PIN will be issued to each pupil/student at a fee of ₦1,000 (One Thousand Naira) per term.

Kindly ensure that payment is made promptly to enable your child receive the Result Checking PIN and enjoy seamless access to his or her termly results online.
