The Institution of Professional Industrialist and Management Development (IPIMD) is a non-political, non-governmental and non-profit-making Professional Institute, fully approved, accredited and incorporated in 2010 by guarantee (LTD/GTE). It is dedicated to building and developing the professional capacities of the Industrialists, Entrepreneurs, Businessmen, Industrial/SMEs Operators, Managers, Policy Makers/Administrators and other Stakeholders in Allied Occupations and Professions. It is also dedicated to promoting professionalism in the study and practice of Industrial/Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Management. It is equally dedicated to the Recognition and Certification of Entrepreneurs, Industrialists, Industrial Managers, Industrial Policy-makers, Businessmen and other Industrial/MSMEs Professionals, who have distinguished themselves in practice and achievements in their careers and service to humanity. It is not a Trade Association or Union but rather a purely Professional Industrial Institute with emphasis on bridging capacity gaps in the Nigeria's Industrial/MSMEs Sector.
