Dear Crestfieldites,
We hope this meets you well. With recent developments in the country, the Osun State Government has directed that schools in the state are to reopen and proceed with continued educational activities with immediate effect from the 21st of September, 2020 .
Albeit, certain health and safety measures are to be put in place by schools in the state in line with procedures released by the government.
However, Crestfield College is happy to announce that it will be following the directive of the September 21st reopening of schools.
We want to use this moment to thank you for your patience and perseverance through the whole period of school closure since March, 2020.
We also want to inform you that the school shall observe all safety measures highlighted by the government for all schools. The well-being of our students and staff is of great importance and priority to us.
The educational sector all around the world has been tremendously affected by the prolonged closure of schools.
_School closure has opened new doors and shut some others. Lecturers and stakeholders in tertiary education have reevaluated themselves and their role in the teaching and learning profession. New standards have been outlined._
There has been a momentous paradigm shift. One that has left majority of professionals in the teaching profession scarred but better.
As a school, we also fall into this wave of shift. Ultimately, it has opened us to new ideas and better ways of making the teaching and learning experience wholesome and enriching.
There is a new standard now and Crestfield College aims to be a standard bearer.
We wish you journey mercies as you prepare to return back to school..
