Dear Teacher,
Sometimes, you may wonder if all your effort is really making a difference.
You teach.
You explain.
You repeat.
You encourage.
You correct.
You try again.
And sometimes, it feels like nobody notices.
But remember this:
🌱 You are planting seeds.
The child who struggles today may become a confident learner tomorrow because you refused to give up on them.
The child who thinks they cannot do it may one day succeed because you told them, “You can.”
The little things you do every day may seem ordinary to you, but they can become unforgettable memories in the lives of your learners.
So, wherever you are in your teaching journey, keep showing up, keep learning, keep improving, and keep making an impact.
You may not see the full result of your labour today, but that does not mean your labour is wasted.
