University of York is offering a financial support for international students

Travel guidance requirements eligible for refund:
● Students can now use a variety of providers for obtaining their travel test package and the cost is variable. University of York will refund the travel test package up to the value of £210

● Managed quarantine Hotel accommodation for 'red list's counties (£1,750 +any additional days). This is only required for students who travel from or through a country on the government banned travel list ('red list'). Whilst we don't know which countries will be on the list at the time a student travels to the UK, York wants to provide this early reassurance that if students have to quarantine in a hotel, York will refund them the cost.
