The Provost of ATCOI College of Education, Enugu, Mazi Zulu Ọfọelue (Obozuluike Ofoelue), Comrade Zulu Ofoelue will be stepping down after over 6 years of meritorious service. Here is a valedictory address he sent to all staff and students of the college to mark the process of his exit.
