A teacher walked into class one morning already looking frustrated.

Students immediately whispered:
“Today will be bad.”

Small noise annoyed him.

Simple mistakes irritated him.

Everybody assumed:
“This teacher just hates students.”

But later, another teacher revealed something painful.

That man had:

âś… unpaid bills
âś… family problems
âś… overwhelming workload
âś… sleepless nights
âś… financial stress

Yet every morning…

He still had to stand in front of students and teach like everything was okay.

Now listen carefully before misunderstanding this post.

Stress does NOT excuse:

âś… humiliation
âś… abuse
âś… emotional damage

But this conversation matters because many teachers are mentally exhausted too.

Some teachers teach:

âś… overcrowded classrooms
âś… exhausted schedules
âś… poor working conditions
âś… limited resources

And yet society expects endless patience from humans who are barely surviving emotionally themselves.

Education systems often talk about students’ mental health…

But ignore teachers completely.

Burnt-out teachers cannot consistently create healthy classrooms.

This is reality.
