PRAYER FOR A NEW SCHOOL TERM
Heavenly Father,We thank You for the gift of life and for bringing us safely into a new school session. We are grateful for your protection, guidance and countless blessings over our pupils, parents, teachers and the entire school community. Lord, as we resume, we commit this term into your hands. Go before us and make every path straight. Grant our pupils wisdom, understanding, discipline, confidence and a genuine love for learning. Help them to grow academically, morally, socially and spiritually.
Bless our teachers with patience, knowledge, creativity and renewed strength. Give them the grace to teach with dedication and to positively influence the lives entrusted to their care. Bless every parent and guardian with the resources and wisdom to support their children. Let there be peace, unity and cooperation between the home and the school.
Father, protect every member of our school community throughout this term. Keep us safe from accidents, sickness, danger and every form of harm. Let Your presence remain with us within and beyond the school premises.May this new term bring academic excellence, good character, progress, favour, joy and beautiful testimonies.
We declare that this term shall be better than the last and that everything we do shall be guided by your wisdom and grace. In Jesus mighty name we pray.Amen.
