It’s another Fun Fact Friday!
Did you know that when A human commits a crime with Artificial Intelligence(AI), he would be held liable because the Mens Rea (Guilty mind) and Actus Reus (Guilty Act) is attributed to him?
Liability for AI will necessitate the AI’s Legal personhood but unlike businesses, Artificial Intelligence is seen as a fabrication. The human behind it (Manufacturers, owners or users), would be held vicariously liable for the wrong doing of the AI.
