Appeal Court Quashes Terrorism Charges Against Nnamdi Kanu

The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Thursday declared as unlawful the abduction of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, from Kenya to Nigeria and quashed the entire terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government.

The Appellate Court in a judgement by Justice Oludotun Adebola held that the Federal Government breached all local and international laws in the forceful rendition of Kanu to Nigeria thereby making the terrorism charges against him incompetent and unlawful.

From the office of the director of the international bioresearch institute secondary school, we are pleased to bring to ur notice, that the school resumption is yet to be made known as the stay at home has been extended for more two weeks . we hope that by 28th of april we might me granted the permission to open for the 3rd term session to enable our wards write their promotional exams. Be as it may; we urge u all, our loved ones friends n well wisher to abide by government rules n regulations to staying safe.
We are also pleased to inform u our wards that the management of IBI has taken it upon their selves to mk sure that the environment is sanitized and also at a state of enhanced learning too.
