The recent adjustment which was made on UNN Post Utme Result was as a result of the introduction of Grade System Method.

Grade System Method in regards to UNN Post Utme Result is the evaluation and assessment of both Jamb and O'level Result.

HOW TO CALCULATE UNN POST UTME SCREENING RESULT (O'LEVEL, JAMB AND AVERAGE SCORE)

PART A: O'LEVEL RESULT
The format used in calculation of screening for O'level result.

LETTER GRADING (A-C)/PERCENTAGE GRADING (32-72)

NOTE: Single sitting - 40 point additional mark.
Double sittings - 0 point.

The aforementioned sittings means that, if one uploaded a single sitting O'level result, the person will get an additional 40 marks. Meanwhile, if one uploaded double sittings O'level results, the person will get (zero) 0 mark.

Also, it's important to note that the 0'level subject used is the same (four) 4 core subjects in Jamb.

If Nwafennaya Godwin with a Jamb score of 295 had an O'level result with one sitting.
Example
English-C4
Government-A1
CRS-A1
Lit-in-English-B3

The result will be evaluate to
English-C4(48)
Government-A1(72)
CRS-A1
Lit-in-English-B3(56)
O'level one sitting=40
Total=288

Jamb score is 295
Post Utme score is 288

PART C:
However, average score is calculated by 80 percent multiple by Jamb score equal to percentage score and 20 percent multiple by Post Utme score equal to percentage score.

Jamb percentage score add to Post Utme percentage score will give you the total average score.

Example
If Nwafennaya Godwin had 295 in Jamb and 288 in Post Utme.
(Jamb) 80% x 295= 236
(Post Utme) 20% x 288= 57.6
236+57.6= 293.6

Now, Nwafennaya Godwin total average score is 293.6
Average score= 293.6
