COGITO ERGO SUM - I THINK, THEREFORE, I AM
One of the outstanding gifts of nature to man is his 'ability to think' - res cogitans - thinking thing. Through thinking, we transcend this phenomenal world. We come closer to reality. We realize more fully our true nature as man.
What, then, becomes of us if we fail to come close to reality? If we fail to continue this thinking enterprise for mere fantasies of technology? If we fail to think aloud and constructively towards the upliftment of our humanity?
With this in mind, the editorial crew of the Thinker Magazine, Bigard Memorial Seminary, Enugu, wish we come closer to the true realities of our time. Here, questions and reflections on the realities of our time and their practical application in our everyday lives will be our objective goal. As thinkers, we are allowed to view, read and share our ideas through this forum.
