Christ is my assurance of health and life eternal. I have dominion in Christ. I rule over my body with the Word of God and in the Name of Jesus. I disallow infirmity, and I cut off any abnormality from my body. I am alive with the life of God.
I got over 100 reactions on one of my posts last week! Thanks everyone for your support! 🎉

Types of Headache
1. Migraine A migraine is a neurological headache that often causes moderate to severe throbbing pain, usually on one side of the head. It may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light, sound, or smells. Some people experience visual disturbances called an aura before the headache begins.
2. Hypertension Headache A hypertension headache may occur when blood pressure becomes extremely high. It is often felt at the back of the head and may be associated with dizziness, blurred vision, chest pain, or shortness of breath. Persistent severe headaches with very high blood pressure require urgent medical attention.
3. Stress (Tension) Headache This is the most common type of headache. It typically feels like a tight band or pressure around the forehead or the back of the head and neck. Stress, anxiety, fatigue, and poor posture are common triggers.
4. Parental Headache Although not a medical diagnosis, "parental headache" refers humorously to headaches associated with the demands and stress of parenting. Lack of sleep, emotional stress, and constant caregiving responsibilities can contribute to tension-type headaches.
5. Sinus Headache A sinus headache results from inflammation or infection of the sinuses. It causes pain and pressure around the forehead, cheeks, eyes, and nose. Symptoms often include nasal congestion, facial tenderness, and worsening pain when bending forward.
6. Cluster Headache Cluster headaches are among the most painful types of headaches. They usually occur around one eye and may be accompanied by redness of the eye, tearing, nasal congestion, or a drooping eyelid. The attacks occur in clusters, often at the same time each day for weeks or months.
7. Exertion Headache An exertion headache develops during or after intense physical activity such as running, weightlifting, coughing, or sexual activity. The pain is often throbbing and may affect both sides of the head. Most are harmless, but recurrent episodes should be medically evaluated.
8. TMJ Headache TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) headaches arise from problems affecting the jaw joint and surrounding muscles. The pain is usually felt in the temples, jaw, face, or around the ears and may worsen with chewing, talking, or teeth grinding.
Key Message:
While many headaches are harmless and temporary, persistent, severe, sudden, or unusual headaches should be evaluated by a healthcare professional to rule out serious underlying conditions.
