OFFICIAL NOTICE

Subject: Relaxation of School Fees Payment Policy

The Management of Heritage Polytechnic wishes to inform all students that it has observed that some students experience difficulty focusing on their studies during examinations due to issues related to the payment of school fees. This has, in some cases, negatively affected academic performance.

In view of this, and in a bid to promote better concentration and improved academic outcomes, Management has approved a relaxation of the school fees payment policy.

Effective immediately, students are allowed to:
- Attend lectures and participate fully in academic activities
- Sit for examinations
- Complete their programmes and graduate

Payment of outstanding school fees may now be deferred until the time of certificate collection.

Students are, however, strongly advised to make use of their registration number in all examinations to enable proper documentation of their results.

This policy is introduced to support students in achieving academic success without undue financial pressure.
