Introduction
Words are powerful. They can build or destroy, encourage or discourage, heal or wound. As Christians, transformed speech should reflect a transformed heart.

We had a fruitful and spirit filled deliberation, and the following are the major points from the discussions.

1.Our words can bring hope, encouragement, and healing, or they can cause pain, division, and destruction.

2.What we speak often reflects what is stored in our hearts

3.Believers should use their words to encourage, strengthen, and bless others.

4.A transformed life requires discipline over speech.

5.God desires His children to use their words to bless rather than tear down

Conclusion
A transformed heart produces a transformed speech. Since words carry power, believers must use their tongues to speak life, truth, encouragement, and blessing.

We thank everyone, especially that attended physically and those that attended virtually, may God help us to be able to control our tongues in Jesus name Amen.

Saturdays Sports. A champion is someone who gets up when he can’t.

Today is the feast Day of St Charles Lwanga and Companions, we attended mass, after the mass the NOVENA intentions were burnt.. May God answer our prayers in Jesus name Amen,. St Charles LWANGA AND COMPANIONS - pray for US..

St. Charles Lwanga and Companions were a group of Ugandan Christian martyrs who were killed between 1885 and 1887 for their faith in Christ. St. Charles Lwanga courageously led and encouraged fellow Christians to remain faithful despite persecution. Their sacrifice is remembered by the Catholic Church, and they are celebrated on June 3 as examples of faith, courage, and holiness.

May st. Charles LWANGA AND CHAMPIONS intercede for us in Jesus name Amen..

Loving Father, You asked us to unload our burdens to you Because You care(
1 Pet.5: 7) and reminded us that, our hope in you will not disappoint us(
Rom 5: 5). We then say, thank You for the gift of faith and the grace to trust in You.

Thank You for Your providence.
Thank You For your Reassuring Words, Constant love and presence.
Thank You for the Gift of Life and the many blessings .
Thank you for the gift of St. Charles Lwanga and his companions.
Thank You for prayers answered.

DAY 8: NOVENA PRAYERS TO ST. LWANGA

“Blessed are those who are persecuted in the cause of uprightness:
the kingdom of heaven is theirs”
( Matt. 5: 10)
To what extent can we tolerate being insulted, castigated, mocked or ridiculed for the sake of Christ and our faith? Can we face persecutions with joy and trust in the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ; who though innocent, submitted Himself to be tortured for our sake and salvation? (2Tim. 3: 12; John 15: 18,19).
Prayer
Lord Jesus, You told all those who wants to follow you to be aware of the
inevitability of trials and tribulations in this World; and even prayed for them , help us to accept the crosses that may come our way in our journey of faith for the sake of your sorrowful mystery and our salvation. Amen.
