Transparent Appointments, Better Management

The solution is simple: leadership appointments must be based on merit, not loyalty to political godfathers.
If the head of a ministry knows he was chosen for competence and not by sponsorship, he will focus on delivering results.
Transparent panels should vet candidates for INEC, service chiefs, judges, and heads of ministries.

This logic is clear:
remove godfather influence, and corruption loses its stronghold.
A government that appoints credible people will save billions, invest wisely, and truly serve the people.
