Our Admin’s Choice Staff of the Year award celebrates a teacher whose dedication, consistency, and commitment have stood out—not just to our learners and parents, but to the administration.
At JCS, we have clear classroom goals, teaching standards, and expectations for how learning should happen. This award recognises a member of staff who has consistently demonstrated a commitment to meeting those goals, embracing the JCS way of teaching, and giving their best to the work entrusted to them.
Being noticed by learners is special. Being appreciated by parents is wonderful. But being recognised by the administrator who sees the work behind the scenes? That is something truly special.
