As the 2027 political season approaches, the people of Ohaukwu North have united in a passionate appeal for the return of Hon. Awo Chinedu to the Ebonyi State House of Assembly. They recall the 2021 agreement during the Effium crisis, when he selflessly stepped aside to facilitate peace, with the understanding that he would be returned once stability was restored. Today, with relative peace achieved through his tireless efforts and commitment to reconciliation, they urge the governor to honour that understanding in the spirit of justice, equity, and fairness. Describing Hon. Awo as a dedicated crusader for good governance and effective representation, the people strongly clamour for his return in 2027 to reward sacrifice, strengthen unity, and ensure fair representation.
