DEPARTMENTAL DAY NOTIFICATION.

Good Evening All CIVETSA STUDENTS

As the Director of Socials of the department,i am excited to announce that our Departmental Day is just around the corner.This event will provides us with a wonderful opportunity for us to bond, relax, and celebrate our collective achievements.

Note that our department day is coming up next month (JULY)
Date: 11th July
Time: 10:00am
Venue: CIVETSA DEPARTMENTAL SECRETARIAT

Our Contribution is really needed;
To ensure a successful event, we kindly request that each Student from ND 1 to HND 2 is expected to contributes ( #7,500) for our Departmental Day.
#5,000 for Departmental Polo
#2,500 for Entertainment, Refreshments and Logistics.

All CIVETSA STUDENTS are to pay their money to any of the Departmental Day Committee Member, Also if you find it difficult you can send your money to the account details below;

Please regarding our ongoing Students Nomination Award 2024/2025, please be inform that our deadline for the voting process is 30th June 2025.
Therefore i want to encourage some of us here who still have interest in the students nomination award that is not too late for you to nominate your self or your favourite for any of the category.
