Community Social Responsibility (CSR) by Cornel Holy Child Schools

*Why medical check‑ups matter*

- *Catch diseases early* – many conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, diabetes, cancers) show no symptoms at first. Early detection makes treatment way more effective.
- *Save money* – treating a disease in its early stage is usually cheaper than dealing with complications later.
- *Know your baseline* – regular tests give you a personal health reference, so any change stands out.
- *Prevent complications* – controlling risk factors (cholesterol, blood sugar, weight) lowers chances of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, etc.
- *Peace of mind* – a clean bill of health reduces anxiety and helps you plan life goals with confidence.
- *Customised care* – doctors can tailor advice (diet, exercise, screenings) based on your age, gender, family history, and lifestyle.

*Bottom line:* Routine check‑ups are a cheap, quick way to protect your health, avoid surprise illnesses, and live longer, better.
