She failed JAMB... but that failure became the best thing that ever happened to her.

Meet Amaka.

A brilliant young girl with big dreams but no clear direction. One thing she knew for sure was that she didn't want to remain trapped in the cycle of financial struggle she saw around her.

Her dad was a mechanic. Her mum sold akara to keep her in school. They worked hard, but life was never easy.

During school holidays, instead of helping with the akara business, Amaka followed her dad to his workshop. Not because she loved the smell of engine oil, but because she loved fixing things.

After secondary school, she passed WAEC with excellent grades. Her parents encouraged her to write JAMB immediately.

She did.

She failed.

For many, that would have been the end of the story.

For Amaka, it became a new beginning.

Rather than staying home discouraged, she enrolled in a Computer Hardware Repair and Maintenance training.

The journey wasn't easy. She struggled to understand some concepts, made mistakes, and often felt like giving up. But she stayed committed, kept learning, and improved every day.

Two years later, Amaka had become a skilled computer hardware engineer. She was earning an income, supporting herself, and helping her family financially.

Eventually, she gained admission to study Computer Science at a prestigious university. But this time, she wasn't just another student.

Her practical skill made room for her.

She became the trusted repair and maintenance engineer within her school community, earning enough to pay her fees, meet her needs, and graduate with confidence.

Today, Amaka is financially independent, doing what she loves, and building a future many only dream about.

The truth is, this isn't just Amaka's story.

It could be yours.
