If you want to describe the sweetness of a meal, use SCRUMPTIOUS.
I prepared a sumptuous meal. ✖
I prepared a scrumptious meal. ✅
If you want to describe how rich, magnificent, and extravagant a meal looks, use SUMPTUOUS.
The meal we were served was scrumptious. ✖
The meal we were served was sumptuous. ✅
Note: Both words are correct but each one has a context in which it's being used. The sentences were marked wrongly to show that the context it was used was wrong.
A sumptuous meal is more about the presentation and the experience while a scrumptious meal is more about the taste and the enjoyment.
