AGREEMENT FORM

Vision:
To reach out to young people and equip them to be self-reliant, innovative, and independent, without depending solely on white-collar jobs.

[Sponsor/Partner Organization’s Name], herein referred to as “The Sponsor/Partner”.

Terms of Agreement

1. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to outline the responsibilities and expectations of both parties in supporting and delivering the Delta Light Student Youth Empowerment Seminar 0.1.

2. Organizer’s Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute the seminar.

Ensure visibility of the sponsor’s/partner’s brand in line with the agreed sponsorship package.

Deliver a quality program aligned with the shared vision of youth empowerment.

3. Sponsor/Partner’s Responsibilities

Provide financial, material, or technical support as agreed.

Collaborate with the organizer to enhance the success of the program.

4. Duration
This agreement is valid for the period leading up to, during, and immediately after the seminar.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing, giving at least 14 days’ notice.
