We Don't Sell Everything!

One of the hardest things for a sales team to learn is that every opportunity is not necessarily the right opportunity for every client.

Someone may have ₦15 million available.
That doesn't automatically mean a ₦15 million property is the right investment for them.

Their objective matters.
Their timeline matters.
Their financial position matters.
Their plans matter.

At Luxano Group, we believe good business is not simply about asking:
"How much can this client buy?"

It is also about asking:
"What actually makes sense for this client?"

That difference may look small.
But it changes everything.

Because a transaction can make you money today.
A good relationship can make you valuable for years.

WEF September 8th, 2026, the Board of Luxano Group is proud to announce the appointment of Kelechi George as Managing Director.

This has been years in the making.

Mr. George has served as General Manager of Luxano Homes for a year and 8months, driving operations and holding the line on the details that make a brand work.

Anyone who has worked alongside him knows the standard he sets — for ex*****on, for accountability, for getting things done right.

From General Manager to now Managing Director of Luxano Group.

The Board did not make this decision lightly. It made it because it has watched him carry responsibility beyond his title, again and again.

He has earned this.

In his new role, Mr. George will provide strategic leadership across our subsidiaries — steering the group's vision, driving performance, and building the institution Luxano is becoming.

Congratulations, George!
