I give God Almighty all the glory for another Christmas and New Year Season celebration. It is something to thank God for in a special way.
I wish to remind as well as let us know that this celebration is worth it. The birth of Christ is worth celebrating the way we are doing it now. Christmas celebration is NOT idol worship as some have claimed. It is a good thing that this day and celebration replaced an old practice of idolatry in the ancient Rome. This idol worship could probably still be there now if not that it has been taken over by the real thing which is Christ's birthday i.e. Christmas Celebration.
We are saved Christians or Born Again today because Christ was born. If not that he was born , we will be nothing before God. As we celebrate, let us do this like saved , born again Christians. Let us not be too worldly about it. Let us not steal or compete unnecessarily just because we want to meet up with Christmas expenses.
Let us give to the poor and needy. This is the essence of Christmas. Share what you have with family, relatives and friends. Be friendly and lovely to all this season.
Join in Evangelism this season. Crusades are important this season. Be part of it. Do your Christmas and New Year Mass in your church. Do the best you can this season.
I prophesy God's guidance, protection and prosperity to you this season. There shall be open doors to God's children.

REALLY END THE BENUE STATE KILLINGS & ALL KILLINGS IN NIGERIA

Hum, the sad news of killings in Nigeria has become so unbearable. That of Benue State has become most unbearable. It was unimaginable hearing of another huge number of people been killed again in Benue State just a day after a protest over killings in that State. These were people already chased from their homes to camps outside their normal villages.
Haba! What is happening? Are we now in a Country without government? Not even in Israel in the days they had no King has such a thing happened.
How can people be slaughtered in that manner in a Country that has got government.
These killings has reduced the food baskets coming from Benue State. These people been killed are the farmers that produce the food we all need.
I can't stop wondering if this was still the same peaceful Benue State where I was a Corper some years ago.
Please, this is a special call to all concerned to take this up in a very special way towards really ending these killings in Benue State as well as other killings in every part of Nigeria.
